Orvia is a lab-grown diamond jewelry brand based in Koramangala, Bangalore, India. We design and sell handcrafted jewelry featuring certified lab-grown diamonds and fine metals. All our products are made-to-order.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (currently 3% for jewelry).
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in colour and appearance due to photography lighting and screen calibration.
• Metal rates may vary. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order via WhatsApp.

4. Ordering Process

Orvia currently processes orders via WhatsApp. When you click "Order via WhatsApp" or similar buttons:

1. You will be redirected to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing your cart details.
2. Our team will confirm availability, final pricing, and delivery timeline.
3. An order is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Orvia via WhatsApp or email.
4. Browsing our website or adding items to your cart does not constitute a binding order.

5. Lab-Grown Diamonds

All diamonds used in Orvia jewelry are lab-grown (also called synthetic or man-made diamonds). They are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. By placing an order, you acknowledge:

• You understand the product contains lab-grown, not mined, diamonds.
• Lab-grown diamonds may have a different resale value compared to mined diamonds.
• All diamonds are IGI/GIA certified unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including designs, images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of Orvia and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
