1. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no minimum order requirements. Shipping charges, if applicable for special circumstances (e.g., expedited delivery), will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
2. Delivery Timeline
All Orvia jewelry is made-to-order. Estimated delivery timelines are:
Standard Orders
7–14 business days from order confirmation
Custom / Bespoke Orders
14–21 business days — timeline confirmed individually via WhatsApp
Resizing / Alterations
3–7 business days from receipt of item at our studio
Business days exclude Sundays and Indian public holidays.
3. Packaging
Every Orvia piece is dispatched in:
- A signature Orvia gift box with protective padding
- A certificate of authenticity for the diamond(s)
- Care instructions card
- Fully insured outer packaging for transit
All shipments are fully insured against transit loss or damage at no additional cost to you.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number and carrier information with you via WhatsApp. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. Our team is also available on WhatsApp to provide real-time updates.
5. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are located outside India, please contact us directly at info@orviadiamonds.shop and we will explore options for you.
6. Delivery Issues
In the unlikely event of:
- Delayed delivery: Contact us via WhatsApp and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.
- Damaged packaging on arrival: Please photograph the package before opening and contact us within 24 hours.
- Wrong item delivered: Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
7. Force Majeure
Orvia shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemic-related disruptions, or carrier network failures.
