Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window
Since all Orvia jewelry is made-to-order, we begin production shortly after order confirmation. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the WhatsApp order confirmation message from our team.
After 24 hours, production will have commenced and the order can no longer be cancelled.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel an order within the 24-hour window:
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 70041 64962 with your order details and the reason for cancellation.
- Our team will confirm the cancellation in writing.
- If payment was collected, store credit equivalent to the order value will be issued within 7 business days.
3. Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom-designed or bespoke jewelry orders are non-cancellable once the order has been confirmed in writing by our team. This is because bespoke orders involve dedicated design work, material sourcing, and craftsmanship that begins immediately upon confirmation.
4. Cancellation by Orvia
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:
- The ordered item is no longer available
- Pricing errors on the Website
- Inability to confirm delivery to the specified address
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email and issue a full store credit refund.
5. Refund on Cancellation
If payment was collected prior to cancellation:
- Cancellations within 24 hours: Full store credit issued within 7 business days
- Cancellations after 24 hours: Not eligible (production has begun)
- Cancellations by Orvia: Full store credit issued within 7 business days
Note: We do not currently process direct bank refunds. All refunds are issued as store credit valid for 12 months.
