Important: No Refunds Policy
Orvia does not offer cash refunds. We offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery for verified manufacturing defects only. Custom and resized orders are not eligible.

2. Exchange Process
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 70041 64962 or email info@orviadiamonds.shop.
- Send clear photographs of the item and the defect from multiple angles.
- We will review your request within 2 business days and confirm if the claim is valid.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the replacement or issue store credit.
3. Store Credit
In cases where an exact replacement is not available, we issue store credit equal to the value of the original item. Store credit:
- Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Can be used towards any item in our collection
- Cannot be converted to cash
- Is non-transferable
4. Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom-designed, engraved, or resized jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect, which will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
5. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for exchange, items must:
- Be in their original, unworn condition
- Include the original packaging, box, and certificate
- Not have been sized, altered, or repaired by a third party
- Not show signs of damage from normal wear, accident, or negligence
6. Pricing Note
Jewelry prices at Orvia are linked to prevailing gold and diamond rate at the time of order. In the event of an exchange, the new item's price will be based on current market rates, which may differ from your original purchase price. Any difference will be communicated to you before proceeding.
7. Grievance Redressal
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, if you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate your grievance to:
